Mumbai Indians Commences Online Ticket Sales for Home Matches of IPL Season 4 – Available on mumbaiindians.com and bookmyshow.com

Mumbai, April 1, 2011: Mumbai Indians (MI), one of the most followed teams in the Indian Premier League, will open online ticket sales for all debit and credit cardholders for its home matches in IPL season-4. Starting April 1, Mumbai Indians fans will be able to grab their tickets online through www.mumbaiindians.com, as well as at the official online ticketing partner www.bookmyshow.com.
The online ticketing partner offers MI fans to view the layout of the all-new and refurbished Wankhede Stadium and pick a seat of choice before they buy tickets. The tickets are priced in the range starting from Rs625/- to Rs12,500/- (inclusive of 25% entertainment tax). Mumbai Indians play their 1st home match on April 15 against the Kochi team.
Speaking on the commencement of online sale of tickets, the Mumbai Indians spokesperson said, “As the IPL is getting closer, we are opening the online ticket sales for all debit and credit cardholders. Our online ticketing partners are offering easy access so that all our fans can buy their tickets at a click. Watching a match at the renovated Wankhede Stadium will be a unique experience, and we are confident that MI fans will enjoy cheering their favorite team at the venue.”
Earlier, Mumbai Indians had opened the online sale of tickets for Master Card holders and the campaign had received an overwhelming response.
